"Will YOUR Picture Grace the Cover of the New War and Peace CD?"
Have you ever wanted a photo with your favorite entertainer so badly,
that you stuffed a camera into your pants in order to prevent security
guards from detecting and confiscating the device? Have you ever risked
ejection or arrest at a concert while attempting to get a photo at a
show? If you have, you are certainly not alone, and we at Jeff
Pilson.com along with Jeff himself would like to reward you for you
efforts. Here is your opportunity to become part of the Pilson rock and
roll legacy.
For Jeff's next War and Peace release, the CD cover and insert will
feature photos taken by fans. The photos must be of Jeff (of course!)
or any of the members of War & Peace. Photos can be from any of the groups
with which they have performed, not just War & Peace. (i.e. Dokken, Dio, MSG, Underground Moon,
Lynch-Pilson, Bonham, Lynch Mob, Jet Red, etc.) Personal photos will be considered equally with
performance photos. Photos can be in color or black and white.
The contest begins today, and will conclude on March 31, 2005.
Submissions made after midnight PST on March 31, 2005 will not be
considered. Individuals whose photos are chosen for the CD will receive
a copy of the new Live CD. In addition, the individual submitting the
photo chosen by Jeff to be the most interesting/unique/outstanding will
receive a great Pilson's Pick prize package.
As this contest is somewhat different from those of the past, there are
a few other things to remember.
1. Photos submitted for consideration will not be returned. PLEASE do
not send your one-and-only original print, but rather go to a photo
shop, have a copy made, and send us the copy.
2. Individuals whose photos are used will not receive financial
compensation in any form.
3. Photos may be submitted via email. However, should your photo be
chosen, you will be asked to submit the actual print, in order to
maintain the visual quality of the CD insert.
